Useful Hints for Race Night Organisers

1. Approach potential sponsors for each race (suggest £20.00 per race). Their name or company name can then be printed on a personalised Race Card which we can supply.
2. Sell each runner to an owner for a suggested £5.00 each. Every owner's name can then be printed against their chosen runner.

3. Auction the runners of the last race. The highest bidder for each runner becomes the owner. 75% of the total auction money received is then paid to the winning owner or group of owners.
4. Combine the Race Night with a buffet or disco and charge an entrance fee.
1. A float of £50.00 (£1 and 50p coins)
2. Two Ticket Sellers (and 1 Pay Out) depending on the size of your audience.
3. Have your Ticket Sellers/Payout as on suggested layout. |
